Vehicle was diagnosed and fixed same day which was great, my aggravation comes from the fact that I spent 30 mins on the phone days prior setting up the appointment giving all the information that was asked and thought was needed just to get a call first thing the morning of appointment (vehicle was dropped off night before) asking what needs to be done to the vehicle and that I didn't sign something which I did sign the night drop envelope but again happy with the service and timely manner it was done

I had a wonderful experience with the staff who provided me with excellent service and a great attitude. I didn't have to wait for my appointment, and they effortlessly understood all my needs through text chat. After dropping off my vehicle, I was given a shuttle ride back home. The issues were taken care of and the shuttle picked me up in the afternoon to take my car back home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

After 3 weeks and 6000 miles on the road needed an oil change on my Ford Maverick. Stopped in Blacksburg VA for two nights and called Duncan Ford in town and was told they could not help me tomorrow they were booked. We overheated on I81. Pulled off and added antifreeze and found it it was running out the bottom. Made it to Ford and they worked us in right away. Within two hours they had us up on a lift and diagnosed my water pump was leaking. They had the part and had me in my way two hours later. Staff was friendly and waiting room comfortable. Happy we broke down close to this place.

My experience with Motor Mike Ford was very professional, extremely efficient, customer friendly, and responsive.

We had a check engine light go on. We stopped around closing time to ask for help. Tiffany was extremely helpful and kind. She made sure we were taken care of. We had traveled several hundred miles and were exhausted. Thanks to Tiffany we were able to get the part the next day and back on the road by noon.

Caleb was great confirmed the issue with the oil pan on my f150 and confirmed it was under warranty and that’s good news. The parts are on order I’m looking forward to getting this resolved.

Only thing that could be done better is communicate more by phone and less text msgs.

Perfect service and they finished faster than expected.

Friendly staff, wonderfully appointed waiting room and shuttle features. I had one hiccup in today’s work included a tire rotation, which swapped the front and rear tires. In my F-350, the front are inflated to 60psi And the rear to 80psi per the door sticker. Halfway up the mountain, with no easy place to stop and correct the issue, I started receiving under inflation warnings As the now rear tires were at 60psi and the front at 80. This is basic stuff and the tech got it wrong. I’m glad I wasn’t towing as the outcome could have ...

The young woman was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed and took the time to answer our questions about our windshield wiper motor.
